Our very first kitchen. It began as a few key pieces – a chopping block, a dresser and a table – and then it evolved. Chichester paved the way for what kitchens mean to us.

It’s the one John and Emma have in their own home, and have done for 20 years and counting. Every Neptune kitchen supplied by Aberford Interiors is special. But each one has a few hidden secrets that make it unique to our other collections. They help to define it, and to give each one its own hand-writing. Suffolk: Pared-back and Poised

A modest chair from the 1700s spied on a family holiday in East Anglia inspired this entire kitchen. This perfectly simple collection’s aesthetic was driven by the intelligent function and beautiful form of an 18th-century dining chair discovered in an antiques shop in Suffolk. But it also gives a subtle nod to Shaker-style design.

A vision in oak. The Henley began as an all-drawer concept. We wanted it to appear simple but think smart. Until very recently, Neptune’s solid oak Henley kitchen occupied the realm of traditional country kitchen. But we knew that it could do more. We looked at what worked and what didn’t. We considered what we wanted it to become. Now, Neptune’s Henley translates at each end of the style spectrum, from classic to contemporary and everything in-between.

Neptune’s Limehouse Kitchens aesthetic may be sleek and minimal, but Limehouse is our most technically advanced kitchen, taking 30 processes to complete a single door. It stands true to Neptune’s DNA and uses only natural materials and traditional craftsmanship, and sleek as it is, the finish is still hand-painted and carries with it that beautifully tactile nature. It’s contemporary in style and thought.
